We are an Aussie couple who sold up in Victoria Australia over 3 years ago and have had quite an adventure finding our next ‘home’.

Lavarna is an experienced Energy Healer of 22 years who is looking to broaden her skill set into changing and transforming ‘tired’ villas into ones that sparkle and feel good.

Jim has a background in business, education and community development. His personable character and easy manner with people, along with his management skills and project development experience add to our skill set.

After arriving in Sanur in early 2023 we fell in love with the people and the place and began searching for the right villa for us to lease and to rent out when we were not using it. We were aware of many reports in the news and in the papers of ‘visitors’ being deported from Bali for illegally advertising and subleasing their villas. We spoke to many professionals, seeking legal and accounting advice. 

Everything changed for us when we met Andi (I Wayan Andi), a highly respected local professional with over two decades experience in hospitality and the hotel management sector in Bali.

Andi’s integrity, people skills and a smiley disposition, focus on customer service and commitment to perfection ensures our properties are in more than capable hands. Andi and his beautiful family have become our Balinese family.
